![]() I've never run a scaling heroic before and I feel kinda ditsy writing the guides on second hand information for those levels. That being said I do plan to buy a 6 box of heroic characters probably this summer to perfect my boxing guides 85-100. Back when I wrote all of my guides I was a noob and totally ignorant to post 100. I only ask because I, admittedly, am ignorant to a lot of the game pre 100 now adays. Have you tried XPing outside of Gribbles for any sort of comparison? Also, for anyone who is going to do CotF HAs, the ones in EWK from Marla are just as easy, although slightly more time consuming. Mech, so not commenting on that, just thought I'd add one more data point for anyone who's curious. ↑ “ I three-box the Gribbles consistently in 22-24 minutes, and I don't even play two of the boxes. ”I three-box the Gribbles consistently in 22-24 minutes, and I don't even play two of the boxes. You're much better mowing through light blues.įort Mech > Gyrospire B > Gyospire Z > Kaesora Library > Grounds > Valley HAs are not a good leveling tool due to how the mobs scale. If you're using Lesson you're going to get close to double that. So in 40 minutes that gets you 20% XP and good vendor trash. ![]() Soloing in Fort Mech will net you 2.5% xp per 5 minutes for a level 91 solo toon(tested on 91 monk). Three boxing and using mercs the missions will take 40+ minutes. As you all know, opinions are like a-holes - everyone's got one and they all stink.↑ “ I really have to disagree about the doing Gribble HAs. I'm not saying my way is the "right" way, but it works for me. Once you hit 40.5, you can use the extra points to increase your matter spec to 40 (and keep it at level until you decide to respec). My cabalist's PvE spec is matter at (level - 1), rest spirit. However, I have to disagree with the "3 points in spirit for the recycle is useless" part, simply because it lowers your PvE downtime so much (and besides, for PvE, a secondary spirit spec helps a lot - tougher pet = more mobs you can AE dot = faster levelling). for thidranki i would suggest to go to your final spec you desire #DAOC PLING FULL#pulling hordes of mobs and ae-dot them is the fastes way to level on albion atm.ģ points in spirit for the recycle is useless, because your mana-gain is pretty gimp with only 3 points in it.Įven in braemar and wilton full matter spec is pretty nice. Magicco wrote:Best spec for leveling is atm full matter. For example, a str/con charge goes from 60 - 100plat - farm that with your caba^^ but within an hour you get either a very good drop or at least a respec stone worth 1-2plat - and with some luck a highend item to sell or use for your solo toon.ītw solo pvp means you need perfect gear and pots/charges in order to be able to compete. If you go for a high end pve raid it goes depending on raid and luck on roll from nothing up to items value of double digit plat.Įxample - a dragon raid takes like one hour - to build grps and get to spot, mob takes some time. Ofc its slower solo than with cab.Ī solo cab at gobo spot can maybe make 1p/hour or so from money, drops and salvage. With earth/ice speccd Theu you could take part at all those money yielding raids - or kill some mobs solo (ice pets then). Just spec ice and hunt for spirit weak mobs (google for daoc necro xp guide). Theurg levels not that fast as matter cab, but really pretty fast - and needs no special gear except a focus staff. If you can afford the time - go for one of those chars. Though you can farm at least some named with reaver or pala solo. ![]() If you wont be able to do that, a pve raid char like above mentioned would not work. ![]() But then you need some hours at least, to build grp and do the raid. ![]() Off-hours should not be a big problem, as most pve raids consist of 5 ppl only. ![]()
